Let God Use You to Fill Another's Cup.
A certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying. " Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your
servant feared the Lord. And the creditor is coming to take my two sons to be his slaves." So Elisha said to her, "What shall I do for you? Tell me,
What do you have in the house?" And she said." Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil." Then he said," Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbours-empty vessels: do not gather just a few. And when you have come in,you shall shut the door behind you and your sons: then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones, So she went from him and shut the door behind her her sons, who brought the vessels to her: and she poured it out. Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said to her son. "Bring me another vessel. "And he said to her, "There not another vessel," So the oil ceased. Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, "Go sell the oil and pay your debt:and you and your sons live on the rest" II Kings 4:1-7

Kenyan women need to be empowered
to take care of their families. We can break the cycle of poverty
by making sure that their children are fed, protected, and educated.
Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation provides women with loans to start
a small business that will enable them to have a steady income and
thereby have the economic means and confidence to fulfill their dreams,
and to be an example to their children that will open doors to future
progress.
70 percent of
the 30 million people living in extreme poverty in Kenya (making less than $1 a day)
are women. 30,000 children under the age of five die from preventable
disease and malnutrition. More than 10 million primary school age
children are not attending school.
If you would like to join
us in our vision for expanding the arms of the Body of Christ throughout
the nation of Kenya, please contact us today.

We
would like to build and furnish the Turkana
Women's Training
Center. This
will be a place to train women how to work alone and as a group to support
themselves.
